Answer

Yes! Basic cleaning fees are included in the prices. Cleaning fees do not include trash removal, excessive cleaning, or decor takedown. Please review our Check Out List for more information. 

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring in your own alcohol or work with one of our local vendors for bar tending service.

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your furry friends to our venue. Please ensure that they are on a leash when outdoors and that pet waste is maintained using the provided trash bags and receptacles.

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring in your own alcohol or work with one of our local vendors for bar tending service.

Yes! we require event insurance. Please click here to receive a quote from one of the providers we work with. 

No! However, we strongly recommend hiring an event coordinator who can work directly with our venue coordinator to help ensure that your event is seamless. 

Yes! We are proud to provide our guests with beautiful, indoor restrooms for their comfort and convenience. 

Yes! We provide free WIFI in all of our spaces. 

Yes! We would be delighted to serve as your venue for any of your special events!

Yes! We offer intimate packages and week day discounts for guests looking for a more budget friendly option! 

Yes! We provide white tablecloths for the tables that we provide. These are included in every package. 

No, but many caterers will provide your dinnerware and cutlery as part of the catering package.  

We try to keep the rules to a minimum but in order to keep everyone safe and preserve the historic buildings, we have a few rules outlined HERE.

Just a few! We ask that you/your decorator avoid the use of nails, tape, and staples as these items damage the walls and paint.

Fake flower petals used outdoors must be picked up at the end of your event.

 

No fireworks or sparklers. Candles are allowed if they are enclosed in a glass votive.
